Reset Defaults

The per-tab Reset button on the Settings screens — what it does and what it doesn't touch.

Each Settings tab has a “Reset Defaults” button that restores the slider list for that tab only — Display, Audio, Simulation, and Career are independent. This page will document the per-tab reset behaviour, what’s overwritten in config.db, and how to do a full reset across all tabs.

For now, each settings page covers reset behaviour individually:

  • Display → Reset Display Defaults
  • Audio → Reset Audio Defaults
  • Simulation → Reset Simulation Defaults
  • Career → Reset Career Defaults
